Bio: Sometimes I wake up and clock 30+ miles without food or water or gels. Depends on my mood, if I ate a lot the night before, and if I’m up for an adventure. Running is an adventure. For me it’s not about times, mileage or races (I don’t race). Is about embracing the world and life, especially at the crack of dawn.
